CRYSTAL FOIL
Crystal foils are sold in rolls with an inner diameter of 3 inches (7.6 cm) and a width of 160 cm in 200 meter lengths.
Crystal foil; is produced ready to be transferred by processing a special resin (hotmelt) that melts under heat in a patterned manner onto the carrier film. It is generally applied with the principle that the hotmelt adhesive is melted with the help of a hot press, adheres to the opposite surface and separates from the carrier film. Before the carrier film is peeled off, it must be cooled thoroughly and the resin must be adhered to the surface.
It can be transferred onto real/artificial suede leather, knitted/woven and natural/synthetic fiber textile surfaces with the help of heat and pressure. It is suitable for rotating printing and screen printing.
It can be used transparently or can also be produced in colors such as white, black and cream. It can also be colored with foil since it also acts as adhesive. The transparent crystal foil applied surface can be printed with hot stamping foil later, and it can also be produced as a "combine foil" in certain types of patterns. It provides ease of production in one step instead of two steps.
In addition to the nearly 300 ready-made patterns, special patterns can also be produced according to customer demand.
