PLASTISOL INK BINDER
CONCENTRATED PUFF UP
SCREEN AND ROTARY PRINTING

Plastisol ink additive.
It is added to plastisol ink at a rate of 20-25% to provide a relief effect.
BBP-K ready-to-use puff up ink binder can also be used directly.
Maximum puff up is achieved at 165°C.
If higher temperatures are reached, deflation may occur after puff up.
When printing is done under the specified conditions, high washing fastness is achieved.

•Curing: 1.5-2.5 minutes at 155-165°C
•Silk No: 27T-43T
•Squeegee Hardness: 50-60A Shore
•Cleaning: Synthetic thinner
•Storage: 10-30°C
•Packaging: 10 kg, 30 kg and 60 kg plastic
