SOLVENT BASED ADHESIVE ACCELERATOR

Solvent-based catalyst (accelerator) for solvent-based foil adhesive.
Used in the reaction between TVS-100 and TVS-075 or TVS-110 and TVS-070.
Accelerates the curing of the TVS-100 and TVS-075 or TVS-110 and TVS-070 mixture.

The mixture is applied to the back of the foil with a gravure cylinder and semi-dried at 60-80°C.
The foil is printed on the textile surface by calendering at 120-150°C.
The reaction (curing) should be completed within 24-48 hours in a hot room at 50-80°C.
After the curing is completed, the carrier film of the foil is separated.
It is sold in 8 kg and 18 kg plastic packages.
