TVS-075

SOLVENT BASED ADHESIVE HARDENER

Aromatic polyisocyanate based crosslinker and hardener.
Used as a crosslinker for TVS-100 in gravure printing.
The mixture (TVS-100&TVS-075) is applied to the back of the foil with a gravure cylinder.
Semi-dried at 60-80°C.
The foil is printed on the textile surface by calendering at 120-150°C.
The reaction (curing) should be completed within 24-48 hours in a hot room at 50-80°C.
After the curing is complete, the carrier film of the foil is separated.
It is sold in 10 kg and 20 kg plastic packages.
