WATER BASED FLEXCOAT ADHESIVE
SPRAYING

TVW-FX is a water-based adhesive used in leather hot press applications.
Specially developed in a flexible structure suitable for the elastic structure of the Flexcoat foil.
Allows the ground and foil to stretch together.
After the product is dried with fixation, flexcoat printing should be done in rotopress at 140-160°C and 15-20 bar pressure, and in leather press at 110-115°C and 100 bar pressure.
High rubbing fastness is achieved when printing is done under the specified conditions.
Should be stored with its lid closed between 5-30°C.
Should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
It is in 10 kg, 20 kg, 30 kg and 60 kg plastic packages.
