ADHESIVES
We supply the textile and leather printing industries with our adhesives, particularly foil glue, which is produced by our sister company, UES Chemistry. Leveraging 20 years of expertise in foil technology, we focus on R&D and adhesive production to enhance efficiency. As a result, we've developed glues that are perfectly suited for transferring powder foils, skin foils, and Flexcoat films that we offer.To ensure sustainability and cost-effectiveness, we have developed adhesives that operate at lower application temperatures while offering increased strength.
Imported substitute adhesives, such as SMOG adhesive, have been developed with the support of TÜBİTAK, contributing to the enhancement of our national economy. Water-based and plastisol foil adhesives, along with glitter glue, caviar bead glue, and flock glue, which can all be produced domestically, deliver efficient results in screen printing, partial printing, rotary printing, and gravure printing applications, making them suitable for businesses with any type of machine infrastructure.
Başta varak tutkalı olmak üzere, kardeş kuruluşumuz UES Kimya tarafından üretilmekte olan tutkallarımız ile tekstil ve deri baskı sektörlerine hizmet vermekteyiz. 20 yıllık varak tecrübemizi ARGE ile, verimliliği artıracak tutkal üretimine yoğunlaştırarak, satışını yaptığımız toz varakların, cilt varakların ve Flexcoat filmlerin transferine en uygun olan tutkallar geliştirilmiştir. Sürdürülebilir ve ekonomik olması için, daha düşük uygulama sıcaklıklarında çalışabilen ve daha yüksek dayanımlı tutkallar geliştirilmiştir.
SMOG tutkalı gibi ithal ikamesi tutkallar TÜBİTAK destekli olarak geliştirilerek ülkemiz ekonomisine kazandırılmıştır. Böylece ülkemiz kaynaklarının yurtdışına çıkmamasına katkıda bulunulabilmektedir. Yurtiçinde de üretilebilen su bazlı veya plastisol varak tutkalı, sim tutkalı, havyar boncuk tutkalı, flok tutkalı, her tür makina altyapısına uygun işletmelerde, serigrafi, parça baskı, rotasyon baskı ya da gravür baskı uygulamalarında verimli sonucu vermektedir.
